About the Principal

Richard L. Darling, a graduate of the Business School at University of Southern California, leads his nameplate development group. Darling has more than 30 years' experience in the real estate, construction and development industries and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker. He is responsible for the development and construction of many income producing properties including shopping centers, office complexes, hotels and industrial buildings.

Darling served as a director of City Savings and Loan Association, a financial institution he founded in 1982, and was Chairman of the Board from 1982 to 1986.
